We don’t think anybody is going to argue that Snow White is the pride and joy of the Walt Disney company. She’s even one of the few cartoon characters ever to be immortalized on the Hollywood Walk of Fame! Most celebrities dream of that, and she didn’t even have to exist outside of the fantasy world to get her name there!

We’re not really surprised at all though. She’s just such a fantastic individual. She starts off as royalty only to be kicked out of her home after her own mother and father pass away and her stepmother fears that she will surpass her own beauty. Sure there’s such a thing as jealousy, but this lady was ready to kill for something as silly as that! In spite of it all she keeps a smile on her face and a song in her heart. She won over all the little forest creatures almost immediately. Forget about being the fairest of them all, we’re just jealous of the fact that animals want to hang out with her all the time! They even come to her aid when she’s in trouble! Did we mention that she’s also a fantastic cook, takes care of all the dwarfs (can you imagine how smelly they were before?), and even kind enough to let a creepy old woman into her home? That last one didn’t quite work in her favor, but we still love her for it.

All in all, we’re really glad she became queen at the end. She’s smart, caring, and loves a good melody. Sound a little bit like your little one? We think so too.
